     I have previously asked you or your employee, 
____________________, to refrain from specific conduct that I

find offensive and sexually harrassing.  Since my last request, 
this offensive behavior has continued.

     This conduct is creating a hostile environment and is 
depriving me of rights I have under the Fair Housing Laws as well 
as my rights under the Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law.

     If the behavior does not stop I will be forced to seek 
appropriate legal remedies to this situation.  Thank you in
