     I recently tried to pay my rent.  It was offered on time, 
but you refused to accept it.  You have also asked me to leave 
the premises right away.

     Under the Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law you are required to 
give tenants a thirty (30) day notice to terminate a month-to-
month tenancy.  You may not create a non-payment situation by 
refusing to accept the rent.

     I am enclosing my rent with this letter in an attempt to 
offer it a second time.  I hope this clarifies the requirements 
of the law.  I thank you for your time and cooperation in this 
matter.
