     The Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law requires the landlord to return 
the security deposit to the tenant within thirty (30) days of the 
termination of their rental agreement.  If I do not receive the 
security deposit I have the right to seek legal remedies 
available under the Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law.  However, I am sure 
we can avoid any problems if you will return the deposit to me at 
the above address.
