the gas/electric company that the utility service to this 
building will be shut off for non-payment on___________.

     This letter will serve as notice under ORC 5321.07 that we 
may deposit our rent and take other legal action if the utility 
bill is not paid by the time our next rent is due.

     Public Utilities Commission regulation 4901:1-18-07 permits 
tenants to maintain utility services which are required for 
heating by depositing their rents with the Clerk of Courts and 
asking the Court to pay the utility bills from the deposited 
funds.
