Landlords and tenants can use mediation to solve problems without:
- arguing,
- harrassing, or
- going to court
Trained volunteer mediators will guide landlords and tenants toward solutions that both parties can live with.
Mediators are not judges or referees. Settlements are not imposed by the mediators.
You control the process. The mediator just guides you through the process of finding a win-win solution. Both parties must agree!
Mediation works better than arguing and complaining. Over 75 percent of the cases that go to mediation are successfully resolved!
Mediation is less expensive and less time-consuming than going to court.
